President Barack Obama makes his remarks inside the Oso Fire Department after surveying the damage and response efforts on Tuesday, April 22, one month after the disaster that killed 41 people near Highway 530's mile 37. Obama, on his way to a week-long trip in Asia, also spoke with first responders and families affected by the event.
