Gurey relaxes at home by catching up on the news on Al Jazeera after a long day at work, where he is often too busy to eat lunch. Omar says he wants to “go to a university and learn more,” perhaps to study journalism when gets older. He doesn’t know what university he would like to go to yet, but “I want to work for TV news. Document stuff. Like Al Jazeera or CNN. Those kinds of things.”


Gurey is hopeful for Omar’s future. “He will be what he wants. I will support him in whatever he wants to be and advise him and guide him to succeed in his life.”
