I'm a Seattle visual journalist who favors humor and hustle. Most recently, I’ve worked for The Seattle Times and SeattlePI.com.
On the job, I've filed in a port-a-potty, chased pants-less people through the airport, and been hit in the face by an errant basketball.
Past clients include The Chicago Tribune, Purina, Starbucks and The Globe and Mail. My work has also appeared in, among others, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Time.com and most large news sites through the Associated Press.
My images have been recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists, NPPA and twice by the AP's Reid Blackburn Memorial Award. I was also part of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Seattle Times that covered the 2014 Oso landslide, which won a Pulitzer for Breaking News in 2015.
